The World Maitreya Great Tao Organization Headquarters is located at O-Mei, Hsin-Chu County, Taiwan, R.O.C. It was established to promote and spread Maitreya’s Teachings so that morals and ethics can be restored in society. His Holiness Gaoshan Yuren, the late President and the Founder of Maitreya Great Tao, decided to start the Maitreya Monastery at O-Mei. The purpose of which is to promote Maitreya’s Teachings and to encourage a culture of Loving Kindness. Many have been blessed with joy, happiness, new purpose, and a meaningful life through Maitreya’s Teachings.
The World Maitreya Great Tao Organization has branch Temples throughout the world in over sixty countries. Some of which include: America, Canada, Brazil, Australia, New Zealand, France, Austria, Sweden, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Thailand, Myanmar, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia, India and Madagascar. Ching Ter Maitreya Buddha Temple in Columbus, Ohio is one of these.
